For HB RTS in Utrecht (North), we are exclusively looking for a Finance Employee who feels comfortable in a dynamic, international production environment and is eager to grow with an organization that is constantly evolving. This is a vacancy where you will be directly employed by HB RTS.
You will join the finance department, which consists of five colleagues. The team is calm, professional, and approachable. Communication is hands-on and solution-oriented. You can fill the position for 32, 36, or 40 hours.
What will you be doing:
As a Finance Employee, you will support the financial administration of HB RTS and ensure the correct, timely, and complete processing of financial transactions. You are responsible for both accounts payable and receivable administration as well as bank processing, and you assist with invoicing, price management, and VAT returns, with the aim of maintaining a healthy cash flow.
Your duties include, among others:
- Processing, checking, and matching incoming invoices;
- Monitoring approval processes and preparing payments;
- Identifying and resolving invoice and payment discrepancies;
- Following up on outstanding receivables and maintaining customer contact regarding payments;
- Processing and reconciling bank entries and identifying discrepancies.
In this role, it is important that you are independent and not afraid to switch gears: you easily walk into the organization when you need information and you have no problem calling customers. The position is certainly not boring: due to growth, not everything is set in stone yet, and there is room to pioneer and help build. This offers opportunities but also requires you to be able to handle change and keep a cool head.

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join this enthusiastic team.
What you bring to do this job right:
- A completed MBO education (e.g., in business administration or accountancy);
- Recent experience in financial administration;
- Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis;
- Excellent command of the English language, and pretty good command of the Dutch language;
- Available 32, 36, or 40 hours per week
You also recognize yourself in the following characteristics:

- you are an accurate go-getter who performs well within a team with fun colleagues;
